Strength and Sculpt - Build strength, tone your body, and feel the difference in every class. This class is also suitable for beginners looking for a stronger class.
Miced Level - A mixed-level reformer class is designed to work for complete beginners through to more experienced clients—all in the same session—without anyone feeling lost or bored.
